Football is a high intensity sport where the split second decisions count. You will make around 2500 decisions per game, and are bound to make mistakes. What seperates those who go on to achieve great success are those who can 1) Make more good decisions, and 2) Recover quicker from their mistakes
Training your mind is similar to how you train physical skills. You didn’t develop a great first touch or aerial dominance over night – so why would you expect to when it comes to grit, self-belief or self-control?
It is important to understand to fulfil your potential you require a combination of skill x effort. We believe our role is to support in developing your mental skill and maximise the efforts you make on and off the pitch!
