A typical session will last around 50 minutes, however, these can often run slightly over so it is best to allow an hour.

How often should should I have sessions?

This ranges from person to person, we recommend either weekly or every 2 weeks to start off. After that it is completely down to you and your needs, we can meet weekly, monthly or as often as you please.

This varies from person to person, and can depend on your ability, current level and future goals. Significant growth does not happen over night or in a single session – we recommend 6 sessions is a great place to start.

This gives us a good amount of time to most importantly get a picture of who you are, and what you want to achieve, then implement tools and statergies for long lasting effects.
